Your Feedback
This page has comments we have received on our feedback
form and our comments about the feedback.
We appreciate your comments, but one
liners are of little use. See below.
Comments:
1)
You should have a section on the price of your products
2) and
a specification on the performance i.e. the size of pump to power each
nozzle.
3)
Your
comment that if we want to know the price is very off putting especially
when you say that this web site is not for you. This will certainly send
customers elsewhere.
1) We do not advertise prices
because by human nature you will opt for the cheapest option, then when it
does not work as you expect (Because your brought the cheapest product)
you tell your associates that we are not a good company. The less you pay,
the less you get.
2) We do not
have a performance sheet showing which pump should be used for which
nozzle because it depends how high you want the jet to reach. There is
more to how fountains work than just any pump and nozzle, which is why we
do all the maths for you. If we were
to make an information page how low should we
start and where do we stop? Also most of the time most people just want
"one that works for x height"
3) A case of reading
what you want to see, not seeing what is actually written. When the page
in question is actually read it does not say that.
It does say
"if your enquiry is pond related, sorry but this website is not for
you",
This so we do not waste peoples time who want UV's,
filters, filter pumps etc, because we do not supply these items. Want to
see the page yourself? then click here

4)
more details about components and 5) prices
of components
4) What more details?
As you see, one liners are of no use. What more
details do you not see? each sub page has links to its page with
more information.

Comments:
6) I
have to say, its only my opinion, but I think your site is the most
disjointed difficult to navigate and most amateurist site I have ever
seen, 7) all
that bloat about Solar pumps, 8)
no prices, 9)
people want to get in, find a product, pay and get out again
6)
Everyone is entitled to their opinion, and that is yours. Thanks
for being honest. (As you can see, we really do publish the
good, the bad and the amusing.)
7)
The solar pump "bloat" is on the information website,
not
this one, but we do admit, having the same background obviously confuses the
"less intelligent" so we will have that changed. (Webmaster's note: The
background has now been
changed) It is also obvious that what the person calls "bloat" was never
actually read, if it had been read it soon becomes apparent that It is informative information regarding
different aspects of solar pumps, if you want to see it / decide for
your self then

8) Not that old one again, see
1) above.
It also shows that most only look at the pictures, they do not read what
has previously been written.
9) We are a
fountain company, not a "pond shop" often people do not know what items
they need for the end result.
What follows is a typical type of enquiry that we receive.
This one came in about 2 weeks after 6 -9 (above) was sent
in.
The enquiry said
hello can you pls tell me the price
for the (prof) 40 water pump.
We replied, asking what it was to be used for.
The reply we received is as follows. (Including spelling mistakes
/grammatical errors)
what i need the pump for is i want to have 2mtr
and 3mtr deep pound with steal grid on top where stone will be so i want
powerful jet of water in the air .
And have enough water in the system.
As said, often people do not know what they need for the
task ahead.
Why do you need a sump that is 3m deep if you are going to
put a grille and a rock on it? You don't, also you do not need a very
powerful pump. (The prof 40 is our most powerful single phase pump)

It transpires that he also only had £150 for the whole
project (Sump, pump, large rock, decorative gravel and grille for the
gravel, not to mention what was he going to line his 3m sump with?) sadly we could not help.
We quite often receive enquiries similar to the one shown
above. (People have an idea as to what they want to do, but no idea what
equipment is required to do it) We trust you can now understand why we do not advertise prices
and why we ask the questions we do.
May your God go with you.

bad, send it in. (see link below)
