You send us an enquiry, you tell us:

3 jets required, height 2m each, water fall of 4 feet tall required. budget £10K please tell me the pumps and nozzles to do this.

Sounds ok?

Well actually, it tells us very little.

When designing a fountain or water feature you first choose the nozzle, then we tell you  the the pump to make the water jet reach the required height. So from the example above, what nozzle would you like? There are a whole variety of nozzle patterns from thin jets to thick plumes of water. Our nozzles can be seen on our nozzle page. Click here. Do bear in mind the bigger the nozzle the bigger the pump required.

We know the waterfall is to be 4 feet tall, but how wide is it? the wider it is the more water will be required, the bigger the pump.

Is this to be seen at night? if so you will require lighting, would you like coloured lights, white lights, or the lights to change colour?

Because we did not know, we asked, but never received a reply. How do you expect us to help if you will not tell us what we need to know?
