3) Why do we not show prices?

We used to show prices, but soon found that most folk buy the cheapest, the problem with that is often people would buy a nozzle from us, and a pump from else where and then complain it does not work, and that our nozzle must be "faulty" When the reason it will not work is on our information site.

4) Can I ask you a question about a pump I did not buy from you?

You are more than welcome to ask at our information website.

5) Why do you not sell pond equipment?

The clue is in our name.

6) Why are fountains so expensive?

They are not really expensive, its just as Chris (below) says, fountains / water features are more complicated than most folk think.

 I will send some pictures of what I have and my concerns about what I am trying to achieve. I did not realize how complicated the subject of water features was until I started looking into it.
