These and the other pages are genuine enquiries to show how some folk get it wrong, The text below in  this colour is an indication as to what is wrong. 95% of the time people do not give the information we require, this results in time being wasted by them and us, because we have to ask again for the information which was asked for in the first instance. The other 5% are enquiries for products we do not supply. If its not on our website we do not supply it.

We are more than willing to help you with any fountain project, but you must give us all the information if your project is going to be a success.

How can we give costs / delivery times if we don't know what he wants?, we did ask what he wants,  but only received a read receipt, how do people expect help if they will not tell us what they want?

I WOULD LIKE SOME INFORMATION ABOUT THE COLOUR CHANGING LED LIGHT AND THE DANDELION NOZZLES (SPHERE AND HEMISPHERE). I LIVE IN CANADA BUT I AM INTERESTED IN PURCHASING THEM

The Dandelion fountain page asks have you 415v which we know they don't have in Canada, and we do not supply the colour changing led light. (We do mention it, but do not supply it)

We can only offer a bigger pump if we know what size is already there, we did ask and only ever received a read receipt, so how do they expect help if they will not tell us what they want?
