Fountain manifold

A fountain manifold is a distribution pipe, that connects the main pump to the nozzles. In some cases it is more desirable to have one pump running several nozzles You can also have valves to reduce the flow to each nozzle or balance the flow.

Manifolds are an easy way to use komet nozzles

This is a simple 4 jet manifold, but look how many different things it can do, all 5 pictures below are the same manifold. To see how to connect the komet nozzles to the manifold please click here

4 jet manifold. The following pictures are the same manifold / pump.

How ever to get the jets in full view, we did decrease the speed of the pump. In this combination the jets easily reach 3 m

Here is a square manifold

Here is the same manifold after it has had an extra nozzle added

The square manifold above was in our display fountain but we decided to update it by adding another nozzle.

Instead of a central feed pipe it now has 2 feed pipes each with a ball valve. Each feed pipe is connected to the main pipe, which in turn is connected to the pump

Above is a picture of the new square manifold working

You can also use a manifold to make a water arch

We have even more ideas for you here

We can supply you with all the nozzles and fittings if you want to make your own manifold, click here

Some komet nozzle video clips are here
