Crystal ball us?

You know what you envisage, we do not, Unlike this chap, we do not have a crystal ball, so please give as much information you can, and if we ask you a question, please do your best to answer it, if you do not how can we help,?

We sometimes have to turn people away because they will not tell us any more information. Although to you its just a pump, we have to supply the correct pump for your project, if it does not work as it should who will you blame? (us of course) so that is why we may ask you more questions, so we can give you the correct information.

Over the years we have had enquiries from people who:

Ask for a water fall pump, but will not say how wide the water fall is.

Ask for nozzles but not say which one(s)

Give their budget, then do not want it when we come well under their budget.

Ask for items that are for commercial use for their back garden.

Ask for nozzles for an engine, then tell us which nozzles they want (still for an engine) even though we replied to say we are a Fountain company.

Ask for a big pump, but then tell us no more.
