Here is another example of the JW rule not being followed.

You can quite clearly see the water outlet height is more than the width of the pool which is  why you can see a large wet area around the fountain

We would also like to point out we did not supply this fountain, nice that it is.

This fountain also shows that although the actual water jet is not that high, because it is mounted so high, the JW rule still applies.
